Several important seminars and discussions have taken place which will be useful to attorneys practicing workers' compensation. Here, some of this information will be passed along to you.
Recently, there was a seminar on the infrequently used sections of the AMA Guides. One of the topics covered was the effects of medication on the applicant. The most obvious effects of medication include Concentration, Dizziness and Sleep. However, generally less obvious effects also include Upper GI, Lower GI, Kidney, Respiratory, Liver and Psyche.
