• Subpoena of Records - subpoena preparation, notice, and service.
• Motion to Compel - we prepare the Motion for you, along with a supporting Declaration of Due Diligence. When we receive the completed Motion from the Judge, we follow through and execute the Judge's order.
• Personal Serves - preparation for state and nationwide service - including a notice to all parties, proof of service, and prompt return of proof.
• Edex search for WCAB case numbers.
• California OSHA reports - documenting hazardous material and incident safety reports.
• Record scanning and duplication.
• Trial subpoena - we guarantee your records will get to trial. We seal and deliver them to court and return to you a receipt of verification of delivery from the court.
• Record storage - we retain electronic files of copied records for 48 months.*
• Insurance - full errors and omissions and liability insurance.
• Liens - we will perform work on a lien basis in workers' compensation matters, including UEF.
• UEF - if an employer is uninsured, ARSLegal will file a lien for services provided to your firm with the Uninsured Employer Fund (UEF). It is important that a joinder be filed with the UEF before requesting services.
